• 150 min per week We are seeking a qualified Adapted Physical Education (APE) Teacher to provide individualized services to one or two students.

One student (zip code 90047) receives services 1 time per week at 60-minutes per session. Another student (zip code 91325) receives services 3 times per week at 30-minutes per session. Scheduling is flexible and will be coordinated between the teacher and the student's family.

Responsibilities:

• Provide in person adapted physical education services tailored to the student's needs
• Maintain professional communication with the family and service coordinator
• Complete any required session documentation
