A rewarding contract position is available for an Adaptive Physical Education Teacher with expertise in serving young children and a passion for inclusive education. This role provides full-time hours, working with a friendly and collaborative team. The assignment starts as soon as possible and runs through June 17, 2026. Youll collaborate alongside another SLP at the site, making teamwork and resource sharing part of your daily routine. The role serves up to 50 delightful students, ages 3-5, across multiple school locationsvariety and new experiences await each week!

Qualifications and Experience Sought:

Certification and licensure as an Adaptive Physical Education Teacher (required) Background or interest supporting preschool children, especially ages 3-5 Experience collaborating with speech-language pathologists or multidisciplinary teams Flexibility to travel between sites as needed Strong communication skills and adaptable instructional style Passion for fostering growth and participation in all learners

Key Responsibilities:

Design and implement adaptive physical education services in alignment with IEPs Co-plan and consult with SLPs, OTs, and classroom staff to maximize student outcomes Track progress, update documentation, and communicate with families Serve students across multiple schools, adapting lessons per site/student needs Participate in virtual interviews via Google Meet as part of the process Enjoy contributing to a supportive environment with spring break off from March 30-April 10, 2026, and a like-minded professional at your side.
