Job Description

Position Summary The Executive Director of Early Learning provides strategic, financial, and enrollment leadership for the preschool (K1-K4). This role is responsible for driving growth, strengthening financial performance, expanding market presence, and ensuring operational excellence . This position oversees the preschool as a business unit within the school , while the Preschool Director manages daily licensing compliance, staffing, and classroom operations .
Reports to:
Principal Core Responsibilities 1. Enrollment Growth & Revenue Strategy Develop and execute a year-round enrollment strategy to meet or exceed capacity targets Build and manage enrollment funnels (inquiries → tours → applications → enrollment) Analyze enrollment data weekly and adjust strategy accordingly Lead re-enrollment and retention initiatives Oversee tuition modeling, pricing strategy, and program offerings (full-day, half-day, wrap care) 2. Marketing & Brand Development Work with Liberty's Marketing Coordinator to collaborate all preschool marketing strategies in coordination with school marketing Ensure consistent messaging aligned with: Christ-centered identity Kindergarten readiness outcomes STEM and enrichment offerings
Oversee:
Digital campaigns (social media, email, ads) Website presence and updates Community outreach (church, events, partnerships) Track ROI on marketing efforts and adjust spend strategically 3. Financial Oversight (Business Operations) Manage preschool budget using zero-based budgeting principles
Monitor:
Revenue Staffing ratios vs. profitability Partner with Finance to ensure: Strong cash flow Accurate forecasting Sustainable growth Evaluate expansion opportunities 4. Program Expansion & Strategic Development Develop and scale programs such as: Kindergarten Readiness (K4) Summer programs Extended care offerings Identify opportunities for: Facility expansion Additional classrooms New age-level programs Align preschool pipeline with K-12 enrollment growth at LCP 5. Leadership & Accountability Enrollment targets Retention rates Revenue goals Parent satisfaction 6. Parent Experience & Retention Oversee parent communication strategy and satisfaction Ensure strong onboarding experience for new families Address escalated concerns with professionalism and urgency Build a culture of excellence and responsiveness Qualifications Required Bachelor's degree in Business, Education Leadership, or related field 3-5+ years in leadership with budget and growth responsibility Director's Credentials Required Demonstrated success in: Enrollment growth Marketing strategy Financial management Strong organizational and data analysis skills Preferred Experience in preschool leadership Familiarity with scholarship programs (e.g., SUFS) Background in Christian education
Pay:
$48,000.00 - $52,000.00 per year
