Job Description

Education Station Children's Corporation is currently looking for an experienced Assistant Childcare Director to work full time Monday-Friday 7:30-4:30

Job Duties:

Ensure the lobby is swept and clean and Tidy. Greet Staff, Parents & Children with a smile Ensure all children are checked in and out on Procare & signed in and out of the CAPS Book to ensure headcounts are accurate at all times Assist Parents with making payments Enroll new students and ensure student files are complete. Oversee ratios and move Staff around as needed to adhere to ratios. Record daily Meal Counts for CACFP. Check with all Staff to ensure they have supplies needed Answer Phone Lines and provide answers to Questions Parents may have. Assist Teachers with creating weekly GELDS Lesson plans Ensure Teachers are adhering to their daily schedules Must be proficient in Quality Rated standards.

The perfect Candidate would have:

At least 3yrs experience working as an Assistant Childcare Director or Admin position at a Childcare Learning Facility Must possess 40hrs Director Training Certification & a valid CDA, TCC, Associates or Bachelor Degree in ECE Knowledge of all State Rules & Regulations to ensure that we are in compliance at all times. Must have availability to work Mon-Fri 7:30a-4:30pm Proficient in Procare Management Software Valid CPR/AED/First Aid Certification Up to date 10hrs Health & Safety Training Completed Up to date GAPDS Profile showing at least 18hrs training completed.

$16.00 - $18.00 per hour
