In this dynamic leadership role, you will oversee all aspects of center operations, ensuring a nurturing, safe, and stimulating environment for young children. Header Duties Lead the daily operations of the early childhood center, ensuring compliance with all educational regulations and safety standards. Develop and implement innovative curriculum plans that support childhood development and align with best practices in early education. Manage personnel including hiring, supervising, evaluating faculty and staff, and facilitating ongoing professional development in accordance with school policies. Oversee budgeting processes, manage financial resources effectively, and coordinate fundraising efforts to support program growth and sustainability. Collaborate with teachers to evaluate instructional quality, support classroom management, and promote instructional leadership in early childhood education. Maintain strong relationships with families, community partners, and regulatory agencies to foster a welcoming environment and ensure compliance with legal requirements such as special education law. Lead strategic planning initiatives to enhance program offerings, expand community outreach, and ensure the center's long-term success. Header Skills Extensive experience in early childhood education and administration within K-12 or preschool settings. Strong knowledge of educational compliance, regulation standards, and legal frameworks relevant to early childhood programs. Proven expertise in curriculum development, instructional leadership, and managing educational programs. Exceptional management skills including personnel supervision, team leadership, and faculty evaluation. Proficiency in budgeting, financial planning, fundraising strategies, and managing budgets as an education administrator. Skilled in strategic planning, project management, and facilitating professional development for school staff. Excellent communication skills suitable for public speaking, community engagement, and building collaborative relationships with families and stakeholders.
