Job Duties:

• Responsible for ensuring all policies, procedures and standards are consistently and expertly executed each day
• Effectively manage enrollment, licensing and accreditation requirements for all classrooms and the program
• Approve creative lesson plans and activities and ensure all curriculum and program standards are executed with fidelity
• Supervise, observe, coach and train staff and monitor staffing ratios and payroll costs
• Manage the procurement and inventory needs for the program
• Communicate positively and respectfully with all staff, parents and children
• Complete annual professional development, credentialing, accreditation and training requirements Qualifications are as follows:
• Must be at least 21 years old
• Possess a degree from an accredited college or university: degrees in Early Childhood or Elementary Education; preferred
• Three years of management and supervisory experience required
• Must have 90-hour School Age Certification or an AA or higher degree in Elementary Education
• Must have reliable daily transportation
• Must be able to be fingerprinted and pass a background check and required medical exam

$45,760.00 - $50,000.00 per year
