Job Summary We are seeking a dynamic and passionate Childcare Center Director to lead and inspire our early childhood education community. Responsibilities Lead the overall management of the childcare center, including program planning, staff supervision, and operational oversight. Develop and implement high-quality educational curricula aligned with early childhood development standards. Recruit, train, mentor, and evaluate staff to ensure a motivated and professional team dedicated to excellence in childcare. Maintain compliance with licensing regulations, health and safety standards, and accreditation requirements. Foster positive relationships with families by providing excellent communication, support, and engagement opportunities. Manage administrative tasks such as budgeting, enrollment processes, record keeping, and reporting. Promote a safe, inclusive, and stimulating environment that encourages children's social-emotional growth and learning. Collaborate with community partners and participate in outreach activities to enhance program visibility and community involvement. Requirements Higher education teaching experience or background in early childhood education or related fields. Proven experience in education administration or leadership roles within childcare or preschool settings. Prior university experience or familiarity with academic environments is highly desirable. Strong teaching skills with a passion for early childhood development and education best practices. Demonstrated experience working with young children from diverse backgrounds. Excellent communication, organizational, and leadership abilities to manage staff, families, and community stakeholders effectively. Knowledge of licensing standards, safety protocols, and quality assurance processes for childcare centers. A proactive attitude with the ability to handle multiple responsibilities in a fast-paced environment.
