Manage administrative tasks such as budgeting, enrollment processes, record keeping, and reporting. Promote a safe, inclusive, and stimulating environment that encourages children's social-emotional growth and learning. Collaborate with community partners and participate in outreach activities to enhance program visibility and community involvement. Requirements Higher education teaching experience or background in early childhood education or related fields. Proven experience in education administration or leadership roles within childcare or preschool settings. Prior university experience or familiarity with academic environments is highly desirable. Strong teaching skills with a passion for early childhood development and education best practices. Demonstrated experience working with young children from diverse backgrounds. Excellent communication, organizational, and leadership abilities to manage staff, families, and community stakeholders effectively. Knowledge of licensing standards, safety protocols, and quality assurance processes for childcare centers. A proactive attitude with the ability to handle multiple responsibilities in a fast-paced environment.
