Job Description

Job Overview We are seeking a motivated and dedicated individual to join our team as a Center Director in Training within a preschool environment. The role involves hands-on learning and active participation in managing daily operations, ensuring a safe, nurturing, and engaging environment for young children. The ideal candidate is passionate about early childhood development, eager to learn, and committed to fostering a positive educational atmosphere. Responsibilities Assist in overseeing daily preschool operations, including classroom management and staff coordination. Support the implementation of educational programs that promote developmental growth and learning for children. Participate in training sessions focused on leadership, curriculum development, and compliance with licensing standards. Collaborate with teachers and staff to ensure a safe, inclusive, and stimulating environment for all children. Help maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming preschool setting. Engage with parents and guardians to communicate about children's progress and address any concerns professionally. Contribute to team meetings and planning efforts aimed at continuous improvement of preschool operations. Requirements Passion for working in a preschool environment with young children. Strong interest in developing leadership skills within early childhood education. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work collaboratively with staff, parents, and community partners. Prior experience working with children or in an educational setting is preferred. Demonstrated organizational skills and attention to detail. Willingness to learn about licensing regulations, safety standards, and curriculum development specific to preschool settings. Pay:
$43,000.00 - $48,000.00 per year
