Header Job Summary Join our vibrant early childhood education community as an Early Childhood Center Director! In this dynamic leadership role, you will oversee all aspects of center operations, ensuring a nurturing, safe, and enriching environment for young children. Header Duties Provide visionary leadership to ensure the delivery of high-quality early childhood education aligned with best practices and regulatory standards Develop, implement, and evaluate curriculum plans that promote childhood development, creativity, social-emotional skills, and early literacy Supervise and support teaching staff through ongoing professional development facilitation, performance evaluations, and mentorship Manage center operations including budgeting, financial planning, resource allocation, and compliance with legal regulations such as special education law and educational standards Lead strategic planning initiatives to enhance program quality, expand community partnerships, and increase fundraising efforts for program sustainability Oversee school administrative functions including personnel management, staff scheduling, enrollment processes, and maintaining accurate records Ensure adherence to all licensing requirements, health and safety protocols, and educational regulations to provide a secure learning environment for children Header Requirements Proven experience in school administrative leadership or as a school director within early childhood or K-12 settings Strong background in curriculum development, instructional leadership in education, and classroom experience working directly with young children Demonstrated expertise in managing budgets as an executive education administrator along with strategic planning skills Knowledge of educational compliance regulations including special education law and childhood development standards Excellent management skills with experience supervising school staff and facilitating professional development sessions Ability to communicate effectively through public speaking and team leadership; comfortable engaging with families, staff, and community partners Familiarity with school legal knowledge related to early childhood education policies and operational procedures This role is ideal for passionate leaders committed to fostering a nurturing environment that promotes early childhood growth. Pay:
$50,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year
