Lead talent acquisition, design ongoing staff training programs, and mentor teachers to maintain high educational standards across every classroom.
Enrollment & Community Relations:
Conduct facility tours, consult with families regarding policies and child development, and maintain high occupancy levels through effective outreach.
Operations & Compliance:
Manage weekly workforce scheduling, handle administrative functions, and ensure full adherence to Utah Child Care Licensing standards.
Program Oversight:
Maintain a secure, supportive setting that emphasizes constructive guidance and meets the physical and emotional needs of every student.
Candidate Qualifications Required Credentials:
Must possess a Child Development Associate (CDA) credential or higher (e.g., Associate's or Bachelor's in Early Childhood Education / Child Development) and meet all Utah Office of Licensing Director Qualification requirements.
Background:
At least 5 years of hands-on experience in early childhood education, including direct staff supervision.
Professional Attributes:
Demonstrated composure in high-pressure situations, excellent parent communication, and a balanced approach to team accountability.
Availability:
Must be able to work a full-time schedule of 45 hours per week.
