Responsibilities Plan and deliver developmentally appropriate lessons using proprietary curriculum Create a safe, nurturing, and inclusive classroom environment Observe, document, and communicate children's developmental progress to families Manage daily classroom routines, schedules, and transitions Mentor and support assistant teachers and classroom staff Ensure compliance with licensing, health, and safety standards Build strong relationships with families through regular communication Implement behavior guidance strategies that support social-emotional growth Collaborate with center leadership on school events and initiatives Participate in ongoing training and professional development Required Skills Curriculum planning and implementation Classroom management Early childhood development knowledge Child safety and supervision Parent and family communication Observation and assessment of young children Lesson planning and documentation Behavior guidance and conflict resolution Team leadership and mentoring Basic technology and record-keeping
