Children's House Montessori School is seeking a dedicated, hardworking, and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Toddler Class Teaching Assistant. This position offers the opportunity for professional growth, with potential advancement into a Lead Teaching role for the right candidate. We are looking for someone who: Is dependable and committed Learns quickly and takes initiative Pays close attention to detail Works well in a team environment Has a genuine love for young children Is interested in learning and embracing the Montessori philosophy This role requires someone who is ready to grow with our school and invest in our students and community long-term. Responsibilities Include (but are not limited to): Assisting the Lead Teacher with classroom preparation and daily instruction Supporting toddlers with diapering and toilet learning Providing staff coverage during breaks Maintaining cleanliness and organization of indoor and outdoor classroom environments Serving as an on-call substitute when needed

Qualifications:

Minimum of 12 ECE (Early Childhood Education) units from an accredited college (required) Experience with toddlers preferred Ability to lift, bend, and be physically active throughout the day Must be reliable and punctual
