Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement age-appropriate lesson plans and curriculum for preschool children.
- Create a nurturing and stimulating classroom environment that promotes learning and development.
- Provide a variety of activities and experiences to promote the physical, social, emotional, and cognitive development of each child.
- Use effective classroom management techniques to ensure a safe and positive learning environment.
- Assess the progress of each child and provide regular feedback to parents or guardians.
- Collaborate with other teachers and staff members to create a cohesive educational program.
- Communicate regularly with parents or guardians regarding their child's progress and any concerns or issues that may arise.
- Maintain accurate records of attendance, assessments, and other relevant information.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience working with preschool-aged children in a childcare or educational setting.
- Knowledge of early childhood development principles and best practices.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, to effectively interact with children, parents, and staff members.
- Ability to develop and implement age-appropriate lesson plans and curriculum.
- Proficiency in classroom management techniques to create a positive learning environment.
- Strong organizational skills to maintain accurate records and documentation. Skill
