Manage classroom activities effectively, ensuring a positive environment that promotes behavior management and social-emotional learning. Support children with special education needs through tailored early intervention strategies and individualized care plans. Foster strong communication with children, parents, and colleagues to ensure a collaborative approach to child welfare and educational success. Maintain accurate records of children's progress, including assessments aligned with standardized testing where applicable. Create a nurturing environment that emphasizes toddler care, preschool experience, and daycare best practices to support early childhood education standards. Skills Extensive knowledge of childhood development principles and classroom management techniques. Proven experience working with children across various age groups, including toddlers and preschoolers. Strong curriculum development skills with familiarity in literacy education, math instruction, and Montessori methodologies. Ability to implement behavior management strategies effectively in diverse classroom settings. Experience with special education programs, early intervention services, and child welfare practices. Excellent communication skills to engage with children, parents, and team members professionally and empathetically. Competence in lesson planning, classroom organization, and teaching physical education activities. Familiarity with daycare operations, private school environments, standardized testing procedures, and tutoring techniques. Pay:
$15.50 - $17.00 per hour
