Skills Extensive knowledge of childhood development principles and classroom management techniques. Proven experience working with children across various age groups, including toddlers and preschoolers. Strong curriculum development skills with familiarity in literacy education, math instruction, and Montessori methodologies. Ability to implement behavior management strategies effectively in diverse classroom settings. Experience with special education programs, early intervention services, and child welfare practices. Excellent communication skills to engage with children, parents, and team members professionally and empathetically. Competence in lesson planning, classroom organization, and teaching physical education activities. Familiarity with daycare operations, private school environments, standardized testing procedures, and tutoring techniques.
