We are a small preschool of only 6 children looking for a passionate and patient teacher to join us long term. Hours would be Monday-Friday 7:45am-3:15pm.

Responsibilities:

• Create and implement weekly age-appropriate lesson plans for ages 2-5
• Provide a safe and nurturing environment for children to learn and grow
• Assess and monitor each child's progress and provide feedback to parents
• Change diapers and assist with potty-training

Requirements:

• At least 1 year of experience working with preschool/kindergarten-aged children in a preschool or educational setting
• Excellent communication skills to effectively interact with children and parents
• Proficient in creating and implementing lesson plans that align with educational standards
• Bachelor's degree in Education or ECE credits preferred
• Familiarity with the Montessori teaching method is highly preferred
