Job Overview We are seeking a passionate and energetic Daycare Teacher to join our vibrant early childhood education team. Communicate regularly with parents to share updates on children's progress, behaviors, and classroom activities. Ensure safety by adhering to mandated reporting laws, maintaining a clean environment, and practicing first aid and CPR when necessary. Facilitate early intervention strategies for children with special needs or developmental delays. Conduct assessments using standardized testing methods to monitor progress and adapt lesson plans accordingly. Requirements Knowledge of childhood development principles, curriculum development, and classroom management techniques. Strong communication skills to effectively collaborate with parents, colleagues, and children. Ability to plan engaging lessons that incorporate literacy education, math skills, physical education, and social-emotional learning.
