Duties Develop and implement age-appropriate lesson plans that promote social, emotional, cognitive, and physical development in toddlers Create a safe, clean, and stimulating classroom environment that encourages exploration and independence Engage children through interactive activities such as storytelling, arts and crafts, music, and play-based learning Monitor and support individual developmental milestones Maintain open communication with parents or guardians about each child's progress and daily experiences Ensure compliance with all safety protocols, including first aid procedures and emergency response plans Manage classroom behavior using positive reinforcement strategies to foster cooperation and emotional regulation Experience Prior experience working with toddlers or in early childhood education settings such as daycare or preschool environments Knowledge of childhood development principles specific to the toddler age group Familiarity with classroom management techniques tailored for young children Experience in caregiving roles such as nannying or babysitting is highly valued Certification in first aid and CPR is preferred; ability to obtain after hired Demonstrated ability to work effectively with children of diverse backgrounds and needs Strong communication skills to collaborate with colleagues and engage parents effectively Join us in making a meaningful difference during these crucial early years!
