Job Description

Overview Join our dedicated team as a Childcare Provider and make a meaningful difference in the lives of children and their families! In this vibrant role, you will create a safe, nurturing, and stimulating environment for children of various ages, from infants to schoolagers. Your enthusiasm and caring nature will foster childhood development, support early education, and promote positive behavior management. This paid position offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to children's growth while gaining valuable classroom experience and enhancing your caregiving skills. Responsibilities Provide attentive care to children, ensuring their safety, comfort, and well-being at all times Engage children in age-appropriate activities that promote learning, creativity, and social skills Support toddlers and infants with feeding, diapering, nap times, and developmental milestones Implement behavior management techniques to encourage positive interactions and emotional regulation Assist with early childhood education activities aligned with preschool standards Maintain a clean and organized environment that adheres to health and safety regulations Communicate effectively with parents or guardians about their child's progress and daily experiences Qualifications Prior experience working with children in daycare, babysitting, nannying or classroom settings is highly preferred Knowledge of childhood development principles and early childhood education practices Certification in First Aid and CPR is required; additional training in working with individuals with disabilities is a plus Demonstrated ability to manage behavior positively and foster a nurturing environment Strong communication skills to collaborate with families and team members effectively Ability to handle the physical demands of childcare tasks including lifting infants or toddlers and engaging in active play Passion for caring for children and supporting their growth through teaching and caregiving activities Embark on a rewarding journey where your dedication helps shape young minds! Pay:
$12.50 - $15.00 per hour
