The Teacher must be skilled in communicating with both children and adults in order to meet the needs of the children. Preparing fun and engaging activities for young learners Ensuring the safety of all students daily Must be extremely observant Willing to engage with students on their level Ability to keep students on task Weekly Lesson planning Track children's progress and report to parents.
