Job Summary We are seeking a passionate and energetic Toddler Teacher to join our vibrant early childhood education team. In this role, you will create a nurturing and stimulating environment for young children, focusing on their developmental milestones and fostering a love of learning. Responsibilities Develop and implement age-appropriate curriculum plans that promote early childhood development across various domains, including literacy, math, physical activity, and social skills. Provide attentive toddler care by ensuring safety, hygiene, and comfort at all times. Manage classroom behavior through positive reinforcement strategies and effective behavior management techniques. Engage children in meaningful activities that encourage exploration, creativity, and learning through play. Communicate regularly with parents or guardians about their child's progress, milestones, and any concerns. Maintain detailed documentation of children's development and classroom activities in accordance with licensing standards. Follow mandated reporting laws to ensure child safety and welfare are prioritized at all times. Skills Extensive experience working with young children in educational or childcare settings. Strong knowledge of child development principles and early childhood education best practices. Ability to develop engaging lesson plans tailored to toddlers' needs, including literacy education, math concepts, and physical education activities. Familiarity with classroom management techniques to foster a positive learning environment. Experience with special education needs and early intervention strategies to support diverse learners. Excellent communication skills for effective parent communication and team collaboration. Certification in first aid and CPR to ensure safety during emergencies. Knowledge of Montessori methods or standardized testing is a plus for enhancing curriculum quality. Pay:
