The ideal candidate will create a nurturing and stimulating environment for children ages 2.9 to 5 years old, supporting their cognitive, emotional, social, and physical development through play-based, developmentally appropriate practices.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan and implement engaging, age appropriate curriculum and activities aligned with early childhood standards.
• Foster a warm, safe, inclusive, and respectful classroom environment.
• Observe and assess children's development, maintaining detailed and accurate records.
• Communicate effectively and professionally with parents/guardians regarding child progress and classroom updates.
• Collaborate with co-teacher and staff to plan and maintain classroom organization, cleanliness, and safety.
• Attend team meetings, professional development sessions, and required trainings.
• Follow all health and safety licensing regulations.
