If you love working with toddlers, understand that no two days are ever quite the same, and enjoy helping young children learn, grow, and become more independent, we would love to meet you. Our Toddler Teachers create a warm, safe, and engaging classroom where children can explore, play, build relationships, and develop new skills. You'll plan meaningful, age-appropriate activities, support children's social and emotional development, communicate with families, and work closely with a supportive teaching and leadership team. Most importantly, we are looking for someone who genuinely enjoys being with young children and wants to be part of a school community where teachers and the work they do are valued. Responsibilities Plan and lead fun, age-appropriate activities that support toddlers' learning, development, and curiosity. Create and maintain a warm, safe, clean, and organized classroom that encourages exploration and independence. Actively supervise children throughout the day, including during play, meals, nap, outdoor time, and transitions. Provide attentive daily care, including diapering, toileting, feeding, handwashing, and other hygiene routines. Use positive guidance to help children build social skills, confidence, and emotional regulation. Build positive relationships with families and communicate regularly about their child's day, progress, and development. Maintain required classroom records and documentation in accordance with licensing standards. Work collaboratively with your teaching team to provide consistent, individualized care for every child. Qualifications MA EEC Infant/Toddler Teacher certified. Previous experience working with toddlers in an early childhood setting. Caring, dependable, patient, and able to work well as part of a team. Strong communication skills with children, families, and coworkers. CPR and First Aid certification preferred; training can be provided if needed.
Pay:
$23.00 - $28.00 per hour
