What We Offer Full-time, year-round position ? 37.5 hours per week, 52 weeks per year Monday?

Make an Impact Every Day As a Preschool Teacher, you will help create a classroom environment where children feel safe, supported, valued, and excited to learn. You will have the opportunity to foster children?s physical, emotional, social, and cognitive development through engaging, developmentally appropriate learning experiences. Key Responsibilities Develop and implement engaging daily lesson plans and curriculum using Creative Curriculum Create and maintain a safe, healthy, welcoming, and stimulating classroom environment Support children?s physical, emotional, social, and cognitive development Provide teaching activities that align with EEC Program Standards Assist with meals and classroom routines Monitor children on the bus as assigned Collaborate with colleagues and participate in other program activities and responsibilities as needed ?? Qualifications Massachusetts EEC certification in Preschool is required CDA, associate?s degree, or bachelor?s degree in early childhood education or a related field is preferred Ability to speak and understand English is required Portuguese, Spanish, Haitian Creole, or Arabic language skills are a plus, but not required 18 years of age required Valid Massachusetts driver?s license required Background & Employment Requirements All candidates must successfully complete the required CORI, DCF, SORI, and fingerprint background checks as part of the hiring process.
