Job Summary We are seeking passionate and dedicated Teachers to inspire and nurture the youngest learners in our early childhood education program. In this role, you will create a safe, engaging, and stimulating environment tailored to the developmental needs of children aged birth to 5 years. Your enthusiasm for early childhood education will help foster curiosity, social skills, and foundational learning in children during their critical early years. This position offers an exciting opportunity to make a meaningful impact on young lives while developing your skills in classroom management and curriculum development. Duties Design and implement age-appropriate lesson plans that promote cognitive, social, emotional, and physical development for toddlers and preschoolers Foster a nurturing environment that encourages exploration, independence, and positive interactions among children Monitor and support individual developmental milestones through observation and assessment Manage classroom routines including circle time, play activities, snack times, nap schedules, and outdoor play Incorporate literacy education, early intervention strategies, and basic math concepts into daily activities Maintain clear communication with parents or guardians regarding each child's progress and behavior Ensure compliance with safety regulations, health protocols, and childcare licensing standards at all times Skills Strong knowledge of childhood development principles specific to toddlers Experience with curriculum development tailored to early learners Proficiency in classroom management and behavior management techniques Ability to work effectively with children, understanding their unique needs and interests Familiarity with special education practices and early intervention strategies Excellent communication skills for engaging with children, parents, and team members Knowledge of Montessori methods or similar educational philosophies is a plus Experience with classroom experience in daycare or preschool settings is preferred Skills in lesson planning for physical education, literacy education, and basic math concepts Qualifications Infant/Toddler 90 hours, Preschool 90 hours or combination of both ADA 9 hour communication First Aid/CPR Basic Health & Safety Breastfeeding Support (Infants only)
