Skills Extensive experience working with children in preschool or daycare settings, demonstrating strong classroom management skills. Knowledge of childhood development principles, curriculum development, and early intervention techniques. Ability to adapt teaching methods for children with special education needs or behavioral challenges. Proficiency in literacy education, math instruction, and physical education tailored for young learners. Excellent communication skills to engage effectively with children, parents, colleagues, and community partners. Familiarity with mandated reporting laws and child welfare best practices to ensure a safe environment. First aid and CPR certification to respond promptly in emergency situations. Pay:
