Job Summary We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Teacher to join our educational team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating engaging lesson plans, fostering a positive learning environment, and supporting the developmental needs of children across various age groups. Duties Develop and implement comprehensive curriculum plans tailored to diverse student needs, including early childhood education, literacy, math, and physical education. Deliver engaging lessons that promote active participation and foster a love of learning. Manage classroom environments effectively to ensure safety, discipline, and positive behavior management. Assess student progress through standardized testing, observations, and formative assessments; adjust teaching strategies accordingly. Support children with special education needs and participate in early intervention programs to promote inclusive learning experiences. Collaborate with colleagues, parents, and caregivers to develop individualized education plans (IEPs) and monitor student development. Incorporate Montessori or other specialized teaching methodologies as appropriate to enhance learning outcomes. Maintain accurate records of attendance, assessments, and lesson plans in compliance with school policies. Promote child welfare by ensuring a safe, nurturing environment that encourages social-emotional development. Engage in ongoing professional development activities related to childhood development, classroom management, and subject-specific skills. Skills Strong knowledge of childhood development principles and early intervention strategies. Experience with curriculum development across various subjects including literacy, math, physical education, and special education. Classroom management expertise with the ability to create an organized and positive learning environment. Excellent communication skills for effective interaction with students, parents, and colleagues. Familiarity with standardized testing procedures and assessment tools. Experience working with children in daycare, preschool, private school settings or similar environments. Ability to adapt teaching methods for toddlers care, preschool experience, or students with special needs. Knowledge of Montessori or other alternative educational philosophies is a plus. Skills in tutoring or one-on-one instruction to support individual student achievement.
