Daily Rate:

$185 per day, full-health/dental life insurance benefits based on working 40 hours per week.

SUMMARY:

Provide early childhood classroom support on a full-time basis to one dedicated school in Adams 12 Five Star Schools. Will be assigned by school on a daily basis to provide substitute services where needed in preschool through 1st grade.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Deliver instructional activities.
• Create positive educational climate for students to learn in.
• Utilize various curriculum resources and technologies to enhance student learning.
• Manage student behavior in the classroom creating appropriate behavior strategies.

LICENSES, REGISTRATIONS or

CERTIFICATIONS

• Possess or ability to obtain a valid/appropriate Colorado Educator License, or possess a 1, 3 or 5 year substitute authorization.
• To apply for a substitute teaching license, please visit the Colorado Department of Education website .
• Criminal background check required for hire.
• CPR and First Aid certifications within 3 months of entering position.
• Standard Precautions training required within 1 month of entering position.
