Job Opportunity:

Childcare Assistant Anointed 2 Serve Childcare Services, LLC is currently seeking a Childcare Teacher Assistant with a passion for working with children and supporting their developmental growth. This position is ideal for individuals pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education (ELC) or Business Administration, holding a CDA certification, or willing to obtain.

Position Overview:

The Childcare Assistant will work closely with children, creating a nurturing, inclusive, and safe environment. This role involves supporting children's social, emotional, and cognitive development through structured play and activities. The successful candidate will also assist with daily operations and maintain positive relationships with families. This position is for someone who is serious and passionate.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist with the day-to-day operations of the childcare Create and maintain a nurturing, inclusive, and safe environment for children Support children's social, emotional, and cognitive development through play and structured activities Build and maintain respectful relationships with children and their families Adapt to and respect the diverse backgrounds and needs of the children in care 90- day probation period

Qualifications:

Required:
