Duties Develop and implement stimulating daily lesson plans tailored to infants and toddlers, encouraging exploration and growth Provide attentive care, including feeding, diapering, nap time, and hygiene routines Foster a warm, welcoming classroom environment that promotes social-emotional development and positive interactions Monitor and assess each child's developmental progress, adjusting activities to meet individual needs Maintain accurate documentation of children's milestones, behaviors, and daily activities for parent communication Manage classroom behavior with positive reinforcement strategies and effective behavior management techniques Collaborate with colleagues and families to support each child's unique learning journey and address special needs or disabilities Ensure all safety protocols are followed diligently, including first aid procedures and emergency response readiness

Pay:

$18.00 - $21.00 per hour
