Skills Proven experience working with children in early childhood or preschool settings, including infant, toddler care and preschool teaching. Strong knowledge of childhood development principles, curriculum development, and classroom management techniques. Excellent communication skills to effectively interact with children, parents, and team members. Ability to plan engaging lessons that incorporate literacy education, math concepts, physical activities, and social-emotional learning. Familiarity with mandated reporting laws, first aid and CPR certification is preferred. Demonstrated ability to create inclusive learning environments that support diverse learners and promote child welfare.
