Job Description
KinderCare is seeking dedicated Teachers for our Berkley center in Educational Services. In this on-site role, you will create a safe, nurturing classroom where young children can explore, learn, and grow. You will plan developmentally appropriate lessons, support social-emotional skills, and maintain strong communication with families. Collaborating with a supportive team, you'll follow licensing and safety standards while engaging in ongoing training. Responsibilities Plan and deliver developmentally appropriate lessons and activities for young children. Maintain a safe, clean, and engaging classroom environment. Observe and document children's growth, behavior, and learning milestones. Communicate regularly with families about children's progress and daily experiences. Collaborate with center staff to support curriculum and center initiatives. Follow all licensing, health, and safety regulations. Support children's social-emotional development through positive guidance. Participate in ongoing training and professional development.
