Job Summary We are seeking a passionate and energetic Daycare Teacher to join our vibrant early childhood education team. Manage classroom behavior with positive reinforcement strategies and effective behavior management techniques to create a safe and respectful learning environment. Communicate regularly with parents and guardians regarding children's progress, milestones, and any concerns to foster strong home-school connections. Maintain detailed documentation of child development progress, lesson plans, and classroom activities in compliance with childcare standards. Ensure safety protocols are followed diligently by adhering to first aid and CPR guidelines, mandated reporting laws, and health regulations. Collaborate with colleagues on curriculum development, classroom management strategies, and early intervention initiatives to enhance educational outcomes. Qualifications Prior experience working with children in daycare, preschool, or early childhood education settings is required. Knowledge of childhood development principles, special education needs, and early intervention strategies is highly desirable. Demonstrated classroom management skills along with experience in behavior management techniques. Strong communication skills for effective parent interaction and team collaboration. Certification in first aid and CPR is preferred or must be obtained upon hire. Familiarity with standardized testing procedures, tutoring methods, and teaching physical education for young children is advantageous.
