About Little Beginnings At Little Beginnings, we believe children learn best through relationships, play, exploration, and hands-on experiences. Our classrooms are child-led, our days include plenty of outdoor time, and our teachers are encouraged to bring their own personalities, creativity, and strengths into their classrooms. And when we say we go outside, we mean it. There's no bad weather — just bad clothing. As a faith-based program, we also incorporate age-appropriate Christian values and Bible connections into our curriculum. Who We're Looking For We are always interested in meeting Teachers, Assistant Teachers, and Aides who: Genuinely enjoy working with children Understand that childcare is much more than "watching kids" Are dependable and show up for their team Communicate well with coworkers and families Can be silly, playful, patient, and professional — sometimes all within the same five minutes Are comfortable spending time outdoors during all Minnesota seasons Value consistency, safety, and licensing standards Are willing to jump in and help wherever they're needed Want to learn, grow, and be part of a team Previous childcare experience is wonderful, but the right attitude, reliability, and willingness to learn matter a whole lot to us. Position and qualification level will be determined based on education and experience in accordance with Minnesota childcare licensing requirements. What You'll Find at LBLC Childcare is busy. It's messy. Some days you'll answer 147 questions before 9:00 AM, someone's mitten will disappear into another dimension, and a three-year-old will passionately disagree with your interpretation of lunchtime. But it's also pretty great. You'll find a leadership team that is present and involved, coworkers who care deeply about their children and classrooms, opportunities to grow, and a program where teachers are encouraged to contribute ideas rather than simply follow a script. We're looking for people who want to be part of the team — not just clock in and out. Schedule Little Beginnings is open Monday-Friday, 6:30 AM-5:30 PM. We may consider both full-time and part-time candidates , depending on qualifications, availability, and the needs of the center. No nights. No weekends. Interested?
