Our mission emphasizes creating a secure, supportive, and enriching environment where children can explore, learn, and grow with joy and curiosity. Overview We are seeking a passionate and energetic Toddler Teacher to join our team! In this vital role, you will nurture and educate young children, guiding their early developmental milestones through engaging activities and thoughtful care. Your dedication will help foster confidence, creativity, and a love for learning in our youngest learners. Responsibilities Plan and implement age-appropriate curriculum activities that promote social, emotional, cognitive, and physical development for toddlers. Create a safe, welcoming classroom environment that encourages exploration and independence. Monitor and support children's behavior using positive behavior management techniques. Provide attentive care including feeding, diapering, and ensuring overall hygiene standards are maintained. Communicate regularly with parents or guardians about children's progress and daily experiences. Maintain accurate records of children's developmental milestones and classroom activities. Collaborate with team members to ensure a cohesive approach to early childhood education. Qualifications Prior experience working with toddlers or in early childhood education settings such as daycare or preschool. Knowledge of childhood development principles and age-specific needs of young children. Knowledge of Montessori principals Certification in first aid and CPR is preferred; willingness to obtain if not already certified. Experience working with children with disabilities or in special education is a plus. Strong classroom management skills with the ability to foster positive behavior. Excellent communication skills to engage effectively with children, parents, and team members. Passion for caregiving, teaching, and supporting young children's growth in a nurturing environment. Pay:
