Job Description

You love caring for little children. You are a good listener and are able to follow instructions. You are sensitive to the feelings of others, are compassionate and enjoy helping others. You are dependable and trustworthy. You communicate well. You'll work with the classroom staff to develop the learning environment, assisting in classroom activities. You'll help set up classroom materials; keep the classroom clean and safe; read to children; organize and supervise classroom activities and soothe children who are having big feelings. You must have a strong commitment to BI-CAP's values of collaboration, innovation and compassion for those we serve. Applicants must pass a DHS Background Study and meet

DHS & MN

Rule 3 licensing requirements. Must be 18 years old and have a high school diploma or GED. Preferred experience working with children ages birth - 5 years old. Looking for substitutes for the Walker and Pine River Head Start preschool (3-4 year olds) classrooms.

On-call sub rate:

$20.47/hourly. Eligible for Earned Sick & Safe Time.
