Overview Join our vibrant early childhood education team as an Infant Teacher, where your passion for nurturing young minds will help shape the foundation for lifelong learning. In this role, you will create a warm, engaging environment tailored to infants' developmental needs, fostering curiosity and growth through innovative curriculum implementation and personalized care. Your energy and dedication will inspire young children to explore, learn, and thrive every day. Responsibilities Develop and implement age-appropriate curricula that promote early childhood development, including literacy, math, and creative activities. Organize classroom activities that support motor skills, social-emotional growth, and cognitive development. Manage classroom behavior with positive behavior management techniques to ensure a safe and respectful environment. Adapt instructional strategies to meet the diverse needs of children, including those with disabilities or developmental delays. Collaborate with families and caregivers through clear communication about children's progress and daily activities. Maintain accurate records of lesson plans, developmental milestones, and classroom observations. Foster an inclusive atmosphere that supports children with autism or other special needs through tailored interventions and support strategies. Requirements Proven experience working with infants or young children in educational or childcare settings. Strong knowledge of childhood development principles and early childhood education best practices. Experience with curriculum development, implementation, and classroom activity organization. Skills in classroom management and behavior management to create a positive learning environment. Familiarity with special education techniques and working with children with disabilities or developmental disabilities. Excellent communication skills to effectively engage with children, families, and team members. Background in literacy education, Montessori methods, or creative writing is a plus. Pay:
$16.50 - $24.50 per hour
