Duties Provide attentive care to children, ensuring their safety, comfort, and well-being at all times Plan and implement age-appropriate activities that promote learning, creativity, and social skills Assist with daily routines such as feeding, diapering, potty training, and nap times Maintain a clean and organized classroom environment that encourages exploration and learning Observe and document children's progress, behaviors, and developmental milestones Communicate effectively with parents or guardians about their child's day and any concerns Support children with special needs or disabilities by adapting activities and providing personalized care Skills Proven experience working with children in daycare, preschool, babysitting, nannying or similar settings Knowledge of childhood development principles and early childhood education best practices Ability to manage classroom behavior with patience and positive reinforcement techniques Certification in First Aid and CPR to ensure immediate response to emergencies Experience working with individuals with disabilities or in special education environments is a plus Strong communication skills to collaborate effectively with families and team members Familiarity with classroom management strategies and caregiving routines for infants through preschoolers Embark on a rewarding journey where your energy fuels children's growth!
