Duties Develop and implement dynamic curriculum plans tailored to preschool and early childhood education standards Foster a positive classroom atmosphere that encourages active participation and social development Manage daily classroom activities, including circle time, play-based learning, and structured lessons in literacy, math, and physical education Communicate regularly with parents or guardians regarding child progress, behavior, and developmental milestones Apply behavior management strategies to support children's emotional regulation and social skills Ensure compliance with mandated reporting laws and child welfare policies during all interactions Maintain accurate records of attendance, assessments, and lesson plans to track student progress Requirements Proven experience working with children in educational or childcare settings, including preschool or daycare environments Strong knowledge of child development principles, early intervention strategies, and childhood education best practices Familiarity with curriculum development, classroom management techniques, and standardized testing procedures Certification in first aid and CPR is required; ongoing training in childhood safety is preferred Excellent communication skills to effectively collaborate with parents, colleagues, and administrators Ability to adapt lesson plans for children with special needs or requiring additional support in early intervention programs
Part Time:
