Responsibilities:

• Create and implement age-appropriate lesson plans and activities for preschool children.
• Provide a safe and nurturing environment for children to learn and grow.
• Foster social, emotional, cognitive, and physical development through play and structured activities.
• Monitor and assess each child's progress and provide feedback to parents.
• Collaborate with other teachers and staff to create a cohesive learning environment.
• Maintain a clean and organized classroom.
• Ensure the well-being and safety of all children in your care.

Qualifications:

• At least 18 years or older
• High School Diploma or GED certificate
• Previous experience working with preschool-aged children.
• Knowledge of child development principles and best practices in early childhood education.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to create engaging and interactive lesson plans.
• Patience, creativity, and a passion for working with young children.

Note:

Experience or knowledge in child welfare, daycare, tutoring, or physical education is a plus but not required. We are looking for individuals who are dedicated to providing a positive Christian learning experience for preschool children.
