We are looking for someone who genuinely enjoys working with infants and understands the importance of providing a safe, loving, and stimulating environment during their earliest stages of development.

Position:

Infant Teacher Schedule:

Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM-5:00

PM Lunch:

1-hour lunch break

Starting Pay:

$10.00/hour Pay increases: Based on education and/or childcare credentials. Proof of education/credentials is required. Responsibilities Provide attentive and nurturing care to infants Maintain a safe, clean, and organized classroom Follow individual feeding, diapering, sleeping, and care routines Change diapers and maintain proper hygiene Prepare and provide bottles/food according to classroom procedures Comfort and soothe infants when needed Engage infants in age-appropriate activities that encourage development Communicate appropriately with parents regarding their child's day Maintain accurate classroom records and daily reports Follow all center policies and childcare regulations Work cooperatively with other teachers and administration Help maintain a positive, loving classroom environment What We're Looking For A genuine passion for working with infants Patient, nurturing, and dependable personality Strong communication skills Ability to work well as part of a team Professional attitude and strong work ethic Reliable attendance and punctuality Ability to multitask in a busy childcare environment Must be willing to complete required background checks and meet applicable childcare requirements What We Offer Supportive and positive work environment On-the-job training Professional growth opportunities Opportunity to build meaningful relationships with children and families A team environment where your work makes a difference Education & Experience Previous childcare or infant-care experience is preferred , but we are willing to consider candidates who demonstrate the right attitude, reliability, and willingness to learn.
