Key Responsibilities As the Lead Infant Teacher, you'll: Create a warm, safe, and engaging classroom environment for infants. Build strong relationships with families, ensuring open communication and trust. Collaborate with fellow teachers and staff to maintain a joyful and supportive atmosphere. Required Skills and Qualifications We're looking for someone who: Has at least 1 year of experience working with infants or young children. Is passionate about early childhood education and development. Demonstrates excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Is highly organized, patient, and nurturing.
