Foster a nurturing, safe, and stimulating environment that encourages exploration and learning. Observe and assess each child's developmental progress, maintaining detailed records for program planning and reporting purposes. Collaborate with families to support children's individual needs and promote positive parent-teacher relationships. Ensure compliance with all licensing regulations, safety standards, and program policies. Participate in all required trainings provided by the agency, including CPR certification, to maintain a safe environment for children. Maintain a clean, organized classroom environment conducive to learning and development. Engage in ongoing professional development to enhance teaching skills and stay current with best practices in early childhood education. Qualifications Passion for working with infants and toddlers with a strong commitment to early childhood development. Prior experience working with young children is preferred but not required; training will be provided. Ability to work effectively as part of a team and communicate well with families. Willingness to participate in all agency-provided trainings, including CPR certification. Education level requirements vary; pay is based on educational qualifications.
