The Toddler Teacher will be responsible for providing a safe and nurturing learning environment for toddlers aged twenty four months to thirty six months of age. You will use age-appropriate teaching and learning strategies to create an environment that promotes early learning, and social, emotional, physical, and spiritual, and cognitive development. Duties
- Develop and implement age-appropriate curriculum
- Supervise and care for toddlers, including diaper changes
- Maintain a safe, clean, and organized environment
- Utilize effective classroom management techniques to ensure a positive learning experience
- Foster a positive and supportive learning atmosphere
- Develop and maintain positive relationships with parents and guardians
- Skills
- Experience working with toddlers in an educational setting
- Able to develop and implement age-appropriate curriculum
- Ability to provide nurturing care to young children
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Knowledge of toddler care best practice
- Strong classroom management skills
- Familiarity with childcare and toddler care practices
- Ability to implement behavior management techniques
- Background in childhood development or preschool education is beneficial
