We are looking for an Infant Guide/Teacher to join our staff to work with children ages 6 weeks to 18 months. This is a full-time position with work hours from approximately 6:30 am to 6:00 pm with a lunch break. We are a small school with a close-knit staff, child, and parent community. Requirements :

• Experience in working with children 6 weeks to 18 months old
• Interest in long-term employment
• Good communication skills
• Comfortable with technology
• Willing to learn new skills

Preferred :

• Knowledge of, or experience with Montessori
• NC Early Childhood credentials or Associate's in Early Childhood
• Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Sociology, Art, Religion, Philosophy, English or Literature Pay is based on experience/education.

To achieve higher rates of pay, opportunities to engage in further education are available. Bonuses are also offered when applicable.
