Duties Develop and implement age-appropriate lesson plans that support physical, emotional, cognitive, and social development of infants and toddlers. Provide attentive care that ensures safety, comfort, and well-being for each child throughout the day. Engage children in stimulating activities that promote exploration, language acquisition, and motor skills development. Maintain a clean, organized classroom environment that encourages independence and curiosity. Monitor individual progress and communicate regularly with parents or guardians about their child's milestones and needs. Manage classroom routines including feeding, diapering, nap times, and transitions with patience and consistency. Collaborate with colleagues to create a cohesive team environment focused on best practices in early childhood education. Qualifications Prior experience working with infants and toddlers in a daycare, preschool, or similar setting is highly preferred. Knowledge of childhood development principles and best practices in early childhood education. Strong classroom management skills combined with effective behavior management techniques. Excellent communication skills to interact effectively with children, parents, and team members. A genuine passion for caregiving, teaching, and supporting young children's growth during their critical early years.
