The ideal candidate will have a strong background in early childhood education and a genuine love for working with young children. This role involves creating a nurturing and stimulating environment that promotes the social, emotional, and cognitive development of preschool-aged children. The Teacher will work closely with parents and staff to ensure each child's needs are met and their potential is maximized. Responsibilities Develop and implement age-appropriate lesson plans that align with early childhood education standards. Foster a safe, inclusive, and engaging classroom environment that encourages exploration and learning. Monitor and assess children's progress, providing feedback to parents on their development. Utilize effective classroom management techniques to maintain a positive learning atmosphere. Provide care ensuring their physical and emotional well-being. Experience with special education or working with children with disabilities is a plus. Background in caregiving roles such as nannying or babysitting can be advantageous.
