In this role, you will plan and lead developmentally appropriate activities, foster social, emotional, and academic growth, and maintain a safe, organized classroom. You'll partner closely with families, communicate progress, and tailor learning to individual needs. Support social-emotional, cognitive, and physical development through play-based learning. Follow health, safety, and licensing regulations at all times. Collaborate with center staff to plan activities and events. Participate in ongoing training and professional development. Manage classroom routines, transitions, and behavior positively.
