The Lead Younger Toddler Teacher will provide an integrated, active, and engaging learning environment, ensure the safety of the children, exhibit exceptional professional conduct, and excellent communication skills to communicate effectively with children, parents, and co-workers. Responsibilities and Duties Weekly lesson planning, ongoing assessments, record keeping, parent communication, classroom management (including supervision of support staff), and a willingness to work as a partner with families and co-workers. Qualifications and Skills Associate or B.S. Degree in Early Childhood Education or related field, or CDA, or 9 Early Childhood Credits, or currently in pursuit of a degree/certification in ECE, related field, or CDA.
